• Tickets are confirmed only after successful payment. Please double-check event details — date, time, venue, seat — before confirming. Since seats are limited and shows are live, all bookings are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
• If there's a cancellation or major change, we'll inform you promptly via email or SMS. You'll have the option of a full refund or a transfer to a future date — your choice.
• We recommend arriving on time. Late entries may not be allowed once the performance begins — we respect the experience for all.
• All content on this website — visuals, words, layout — is original or licensed. Please don't reuse, reproduce, or link without asking us first. We value creativity and so should you.
• Occasionally, we may link to other websites for your convenience. We're not responsible for their content or policies, but we trust you'll browse wisely.
